An intial consultation will take place at your residence in order to arrange and confirm the booking. Once the booking is confirmed you will pay a 20% non-refundable deposit and the booking is then secured. A key will be required at this point.

Full payment will be made weekly.

For regular users, invoices will be issued weekly. For occasional users, invoices will be issued each visit.

Please ensure that all medication is clearly labelled and clear instructions provided.

We expect you to provide enough food and sundry items to last for the duration of the booking. There may be a surcharge if we need to replenish these items, at our discretion.

House plant watering is offered free of charge (but must be requested). Garden or larger conservatory watering may be subject to an extra charge.

In the rare event of your pet becoming unwell in your absence, we will ensure veterinary attention is sought, when necessary from the animal's usual veterinary surgeon if possible (Emergency veterinary visits are charged at £15.00 per hour).

Please advice me on your return home for collection of final payment, return of keys etc.

Any balance due must be paid within 7 days of your return. A £10 administration fee will be added to the total bill for payments not made within 30 days.

Services booked for Bank holidays will be charged at double time.

All cheques must be paid to Miss A Morrall.

Dog Walking - This includes feeding and watering if necessary. When more than one dog is to be walked, just add £2.00 for each extra dog.
